Why aren't my helicopter crash events spawning items?

Ugh. So, I moved my types file around, because I added a lot of modded items, and I wanted more creative control over what spawns where. All of that is good to go. It's working great, and I love it. However, my helicopter crash events suddenly stopped spawning items. I have gone back and forth over this for the past week, and I have no idea what I changed, or what I'm missing. So, I was hoping that another set of eyes would see something obvious that I am missing. The only new invented thing ...
