What config value actually sets aim sensitivity?

Does anyone have an idea what cfg value actually sets aiming sens in game? Every time I launch I have to manually set my aim sens(camera sens stays set, though .35 sets to 28 for whatever reason when you'd think it'd be 35) I would have thought it would be this block but changing it didn't really seem to do anything for whatever reason. https://imgur.com/a/am1mw7x also, is rvert adding .25 horizontal to whatever my actual setting is??
