Found some fellas outside Stary Sobor hitting the military camp. Dude in a blue jacket was taking forever to loot a tower. Spotted him from 800 meters out. Saw them leave NW; boogied out and intercepted them at the next military base over. Found the blue jacket in a guard shack and knew they were the dudes.
