Stutter when closing inventory

Im sure the stutter when closing inventory is nothing new to most of you, but i was hoping they'd fix it maybe with this update. It doesnt happen everytime and sometimes lasts up to a few seconds which can be deadly in some scenarios. Ive changed computers, changed OS's, deleted cache, mods, reinstalled the game, put the game on the same SSD as steam, done the same on another SSD, upgraded to a 4080S/9800x3d, disabled steam cloud, overlay and any recording apps, played with dayz configs, vide...
