Random bleeding upon spawning

So, i was playing yesterday and when it was time to go to sleep i went into a safe location and logged out while staying until the timer ended to make sure no one attacked me. Logged out safely, but today when i spawned i got a random bleeding out of nowhere and died, because i had no rags, no knife to make rags and couldn't find a knife because it was dark.
