Question about the ZERO Chernarus quest

So I know there's a quest currently on ZERO's Chernarus, and I've been playing it a bit recently. I keep getting scientific briefcase keys and have no idea where to actually use them, since this isn't Sakhal. So does anyone know what to do with them on the server?
