Please help with connection issue

I’ve been playing Dayz for six years on Xbox, and I recently moved to a new apartment and now when I try to go and log into servers, whether it be official or community before it lets me into the server, my screen will freeze as such in the picture. I’m not sure if my player model is in the game or not just standing there. It also does not matter how long I wait. I’ve had this on for three hours at this point and it hasn’t changed. I played the game long enough to where I feel like I’ve tried...
