Noob needs help

I am determined to learn this game. The challenge is, I have it on PS5 and nothing about the controls is intuitive or user friendly. I’ve tried searching for YouTube videos for guidance, but haven’t found the help I need yet. The in game tutorials seem to be more about the strategies and less about controls.
