New/Old dayz problem how to fix?

So to start with I was playing with my friend on russian and official servers in dayz and next day he cant join to the game at first was discord and Dayz crash but there wasn't report about this, we fixed discord crash by deleting xdl file but that doesn't helped for the game, when he starts launcher and tries to start game, a blue cursor of downloading just stays few seconds and then crashes game, that happens on every server he tries to join.
