Baiscally, me and my friend were out in Novo when we got attacked by wolves that didnt howl at all, he then asked if i was shooting them with a suppressed gun and i told him i wasnt, then he told me there's someone on him and they're cannibals (they have kuru and were laughing outside the shed thing they were in) and one came in and rushed him and killed him.
