Loot stuck in middle of wall

Hi guys, As shown in image somehow the tent I dropped from my bagpack got stuck in middle of wall. I tried everything, climbed the railing beside it, tried tips shown by wobo on similar topic, but I guess I need to somehow get on level with the plane of stuck tent and drop 7 items there which seems impossible.
