Looking for some community servers to play on pc.

I'm NA, but I've been trying to find some servers to play. I've tried a few, but I'm mainly trying to find randoms to group up with. I'm not looking for strictly an rp or pve server, but one that has a good balance. Almost every time I try to team with someone, they just shoot me when my backs turned and it kinda takes me out of it.
