Looking for friendly PS/US/PVE/PVP/Trader/Event server

Our 6+ faction is looking for a friendly PVE/PVP server that has a trader that sells and purchases goods including weapons, cars, maybe rare modded items. Prefer PVP zones with PVP/ Raid weekends. Ideally raids every other week. Events like scavenger hunts, capture the flag and what not are cool. We've tried a couple servers recently that changed drastically after a couple weeks of building and getting comfortable. Looking for LTR server. We're mostly older guys too.
