Looking for Exploration/Tarkov Servers

Hi everyone, Just started playing DayZ (about 20 hours so far), and I'm looking for a specific type of server, but I don't know if it exists. I come from Tarkov (about 6,000 hours), and basically what I want is a server that lets you spawn in combat viable, with some meds and food, and then have to face strong environment/survival pressures and deal with other players. I've been playing with a friend who has 3k hours in DayZ, but he knows the map like the back of his hand. There's no survival...
