Lightly Modded Server Recommendations?

I'm not a huge fan of a lot of the heavily modded servers, and while I've checked out some of the more popular vanilla+ servers, they either have a large queue at peak times or have some mods I'm not a huge fan of. I'm basically just looking for a server me and a friend can dick around on. I'd like any recommendations for servers that aren't too heavily modded.
