Just a question...why

Ok I've played on over 150 servers I like to see what's out there and how people set there servers up.i always see servers where the owner built all sorts of shit. Huge area near the docks blocked off with walls or shipping containers or just buildings most of the time they have nothing in them at all there are just there. I don't understand this. But I also don't understand why the ones that do that will have to much stuff. I get making a trader building or area there are areas where no zomb...
