I just can't believe in base building

I play on PS5, and any time I build a base it's insta raided. (I don't mind and literally the last time it was vey comical) my last base I built I prepared for about a week, I had found a car tent, a car, and had a shit ton of building supplies. It took me about 2-3 hours to actually build the damn thing as well.
