Help with performance

Hello guys, I got really massive problems with the performance in terms of stuttering and that I can’t play it smoothly It got to a point where I close dayz and play something else just to have a „smooth experience“ even though dayz is my favorite I tried several troubleshooting guides from the internet, worked out different things but I still have those problems Most of the time it’s just the fps that drops extremely where I constantly play with like 40fps and in gunfights it even drops lowe...
