Dynamic European server

What’s up, I’m a 210h player (mostly officials and death matches), and I don’t think I’m that good yet. Usually a dayz run is: spawn, loot, die. But it’s quite slow. I’m looking for some pretty much vanilla Chernarus server, but with the cycle being more dynamic by increased loot and/or weapon spawn in the spawn cities, also maybe a little higher player limit than on officials.
