Please don't waste your time, or support their bullcrap. I was permabanned for breaking a rule that was INCREDIBLY ill-defined. They are able to articulate the rule quite clearly in messages back to me on my ban appeal, but refuse to add any clarity in the actual rules, or unban me for the misunderstanding.
