Do all of the 'Contaminated Zone' spawn type buildings have the same loot pool?

Having looted Pavlovo MB a few times, it feels to me like the only buildings actually worth looting are the two barracks and maybe the crates around them. Every other building seems like it spawns very common items that you'd find at any other military spawn. Is this just me being unlucky, or is this by design? Should I just stick to looting those two buildings and nothing else? All the "good" stuff (like the PVS4 Scope, standardized suppressor, 60rd Standardized mags) has been in the barrack...
