DayZ 1.29 bug? Losing blood with no bleeding

Hi guys. I have a strange problem in DayZ after 1.29. My blood and hp goes down, but I don’t have bleeding or damage from anything. Also, I sometimes get the foot pain icon. My shoes are not ruined. They are okay. Because of this, my health also goes down. I did not understand if this is a new game mechanic or a bug in 1.29. Did anyone have the same problem?
