Comprehensive modding docs?

Back when official modding tools were released, the dev team said they’d eventually make documentation around modding. I’m not sure if they meant the community modding wiki, but 7 years later that seems to be the only semi-official docs available. The wiki is a start, but there’s much missing from it, and parts of it seem to be a bit dated.
