Clothes out of human skin

So I’m pretty sure I mentioned that a while back but seeing now that Bohemia has added wolf hats and soon bear hats what’s really stopping them from adding clothes out of human skin? I mean we already have cannibalism so why not expand on the idea and besides doesn’t our skin have some of the best insulation meaning that in maps like Shakal and Namalsk they would be highly sought after items and would add another layer of depth to the game.
