Any good PS servers that have lopsided pvp?

I’ve been looking for a server that could help me improve at my PVP when I’m at a disadvantage. Being both full kit is fun and all, but I’d rather actually practice unfair fights, because it’s way more common in official. Basically all the servers I find are either kitted PvP or basically freshie PvP with guns.
