All KA variants in DayZ have their pro’s and con’s. I’ve had a debate for years with my friend about what we think is the best KA to keep with you. My friend prefers the KAS-74U, because it is lightweight, compact, has a 45-round mag option and ammo is pretty common. I prefer the KA-M because it can fit a silencer, kobra-sight and a drum mag so i don’t have to reload. Purely statistical the KA-101 is best if you compare damage per second, range, recoil etc. This is mostly because of the powerful 5.56 rounds. The KA-74 is the nice allrounder inbetween everything so i can see the arguments as to why you would like to keep it. So, what KA do you prefer, and why?
