We tried so hard to take this player hostage… My friend and I first spotted him over by the big silver garage with blue double-doors on the far side of the airfield (north of the plane) and watched him loot his way through the tank graveyard. We knew he’d head over to the tents next so I set up in a toilet stall while my friend overwatched. Our plan was for my friend to knock the player uncon with a sniper shot while they were inside a shipping container and then I would run in, close the doors, and restrain him. Well, my friend’s shot hit the rifle the player was holding in their hands and then they took off running. I managed to knock them out but, in the middle of restraining them, I suddenly freaked out and thought I might be restraining my own hands (I’ve done that before) so I cancelled the animation to be sure that I wasn’t.
